  1. Zoho Desk and 3CX IVR

    Hi I am setting up 3CX with Zoho Desk. ZD has a very limited IVR and I would like to use the IVR I have setup in 3CX. Is it possible to use the Zoho Desk as an extension and if the call is not answered it returns to 3CX to be redirected to a phone? Thanks for any help on this. Pedro

    and one more issue. If the number is not an exact match it also does not pull the info

    I am integrating 3CX with Zoho DESk but is not working correctly. When the number in Zoho Desk starts with + it will not recognize and will not pull the info. Any ideas on how to resolve?
