    You are sure you don't have a split brained situation with your two connections? You checked utilization on your connection? There is a way to set up DSCP QOS for prioritizing outgoing traffic, there should be plenty of info via Google, I used to use an ASA 5510 without issue with 3cx. Next...

    I can't find the 75 dollar option, when you log in, the single incident is 295. Regardless, I can happily report the issue is resolved thanks to you @cobaltit, I put in the URLs on each side instead of the IP, and that fixed it. It shouldn't make a difference, especially since it says "IP"...

    Yep doubled checked all the settings, using URL's on my end, password is correct, permissions are set correct, not sure what is going on. May have to pay for a reseller to fix, except there are many around here, don't want to spend 295 for a one time 3cx ticket. Ugh

    On the master side we can see the presence of the group shared from the slave side, but cannot see the master presence group(s) for the slave side. Calls work fine in either direction, can't seem to figure this one out. Anyone have any ideas?

    We use Wiretap Telecom for 3 locations on the same trunk, you simply give them a list of DIDs or numbers that you want to associate with each location for e911.

    Fanvils very often come with weird default settings. As a rule of thumb, every time I get new Fanvils, I do a factory reset, and they always show up without issue after that.

    I do have ssh access, and thought about that, but was wondering if that will corrupt database values that is uses to keep track of these reports.

    I have 127 pages of saved reports that are scheduled daily and/or weekly. Is there a way of purging these besides one by one?
