    Thanks for your help - i missed that download button. Usability was not great before because you could not simply play back the audio in the browser but had to receive a call. Now its gotten worse with the update :-(.

    Hello, how can you listen to existing greetings in the admin panel? I only see upload, delete, record, record via phone but no playback option. Thanks

    @AndreasPo_3CX Thanks for the swift reply. I´ll have a support call with a silver partner today and see if they find the problem for the unreliable call queues. If there is obvious solution I´ll post it here.
