    Thank you so much.. It helped... I suppose there was some guidance in the error note; it could have saved some frustration while creating the trunk.

    I am trying to create a Twilio SIP trunk to use for SMS, following the guide here https://www.3cx.com/docs/sip-trunk/twilio/ I have the account and the number set up, but the 3CX system isn't creating the trunk as it's supposed to. For the record we do not have any other Twilio's trunks...
