  2. Disable Re-Invite on SIP Generic IP Phone

Thanks for suggestion, already checking with phone software specialist.
  3. Disable Re-Invite on SIP Generic IP Phone

Hello, we configured a generic IP Phone to allow an external supplier to receive calls from one of our phone numbers. So far so good, all worked flawlessy. Now I'm trying to deliver them a call from an IVR but it ended up in fail. Looking at packet capture, the main difference is that a call...
  4. Encrypted audio flow / SRTP

Hello, I'd like some kind of confirmation. Is Audio flow encrypted when using 3CX app? I remember in past (=previous version) I was able to decode audio in wireshark and I had to enable SRTP to ensure audio flow is encrypted. I tried in v.20 but now seems different. Is there anything official...
  5. Copy user inconsistent behaviour

Hello, when I copy an user and select to copy also the OPTIONS, some values are not copied: - MS365 sync options - Google sync options - SRTP Mode - Send email notification on missed call Also MFA setting is not copied to new user Is it a bug or should work in this way? Thanks
  6. New feature request: column ordering

Hello, In V20 tables don't allow ordering. Just for example: - users list default order is by "directory number" - departments ordering seems based on alphabetical order but dropdown ordering for deparment seems based on "creation time" (last department created at bottom of the list), so this is...
  7. Last logon report

Thank you SnakeRiverWebDevelopment, it was hard to find the audit log but I finally managed it to work. Have a nice day
  8. Last logon report

Hello, most of our users use the 3CX app.I'd like to see a report about last logon on 3CX, just to understand if some extensions are still in use. Shoud I deploy some kind of syslogging to achieve this? Thanks
  9. V20 queue with forward to "my mobile"

Ok, now seems to work. Just to recap: 1) A call enter in queue 2) Queue checks for logged in agents being also in available status (or other states?) To "force" an extension to be available even if no app/browser is logged, need to flag "ring also my mobile" Am I correct?
  10. V20 queue with forward to "my mobile"

Just a little note on this. During tests I do not have any app or physical phone logged in 3cx. Basically, I'm "unregistered". I've the impression it works if extension is in "registered" status on 3cx
  11. V20 queue with forward to "my mobile"

Hello and thanks for reply, that is exactly what I did. When I call the extension (from public PSTN), mobile rings as expected. When I use a PSTN number linked to a queue, nothing happens.
  12. V20 queue with forward to "my mobile"

Hello, I'm trying to forward call incoming into a queue to agent's mobile number (a standard GSM phone call, not using app) Tried many options but seems that call coming into queue don't obey to extension forwarding rule. BTW, this is not a surprise as it was the same behaviour I experienced...
  13. Hide forwarding rules inconsistent behaviour

Hello, probably used the wrong name, but the app I'm referring to is the one from the store, not the legacy installed via MSI or the like
  14. Hide forwarding rules inconsistent behaviour

Hello, if I enable the "hide forwarding rule" for an extension, rules are properly hidden when logging via the web application. But if I use the windows app, I can "bypass" the hide and go straight to forwarding configuration page. Basically, forwarding rules are hidden only from web app and not...
