    So, after watching for a few days after deleting DHCP option 66 it seems like the phones dropping was caused by an old option 66. I will continue working on the firmware issue.

    There was an Option 66 from long ago. I have removed this from DHCP and will watch and see it this resolves the issue with the phones going to no service.

    THe phones worked fine until we spilt these seven phones on to a new 3CX server for this location and had to update the firmware from 66.83 to 66.84 then 3Cx auto updated them from there.

    I have 7 T46S phones that show as FW version 66.86.0.5 in 3CX but the phones show 66.86.0.15 when you login to the web portal.
