    Hi, I installed two systems via, the 'express' method to google cloud. I am offered the option of upgrading to v18 and debian 10, but both instances fail with the same error- related to the debian update. Should I be able to upgrade? Thanks

    Tried a factory reset and re-provision. Same deal. However can just manually set the 'Calling' and 'Called' password fields in the EGS settings. Thanks for help

    I'm running firmware v2.8.2.1720 and the latest provisioning template. When Iog into the fanvil, the Remote password field is not there.
