    Totally agree. Especially If one wants things to work smoothly. I was testing and since I had it working on version 18, I was a bit perplexed why it would not work on V20. Les highlighted 'unticking' the relevant box and it worked. Thanks for takiing time to comment.

    I should have added, no issue on V18. I am having issue on V20.

    Hi All, Hoping someone can shed some light on this. I have added a Yealink T48S (software is upto date) to a a user. When I followed the instructions the settings got pushed out to the phone. I logged into the GUI and can see all the settings. Issue - just seems to be stuck on 'registering'...
