The issue with displaying messages in chat rooms on iOS

We're experiencing an issue with message display in chats on iOS devices following an update one day ago. Messages in chat threads are appearing truncated (the full text of the message is not displayed).
App version 3.x on iOS: Version 5.5(Build 147) 20.0.19.147

How can this problem be solved?

We've had this issue reported in the past year or so, due to a bug in a 3rd-party library regarding non-english languages/device for german, japanese, thai, etc, now russian, so please try if the message is shown OK in the following tests:
- message sent (message on the right)
- message received in a single chat (message on the left, no avatar)
- message received in a group chat (message on the left, with avatar)
- emoji in a middle of a message, like aaa<emoji>bbb

Please let us know the language used and if if its working OK or not.

We'll keep it few days on beta, so we can get more feedback to be sure are no side-effects, mainly from the people who reported similar issues in the past, we've notified the to re-check this build. I cannot give an ETA, but I presume could be next week - we'll announce.

Our users use 3CX chats, which is currently causing inconvenience due to this issue, and we're constantly getting requests for a solution. Can you tell me when we can expect an update with fixes?

We still didn't receive any response from you regarding our problem. We use fully licensed 3CX software during years and pay money for licenses each time. But no response and ignoring us as client make us upset . Could you please give reply asap as following issue broke communication with our clients.

This is a serious problem that is disrupting our business. A large number of our users communicate specifically through the 3CX chat, and with messages displayed truncated they can no longer read the full text, which breaks daily communication with our clients. The fix already exists and was confirmed working in the beta — we really need it released to the public iOS version as soon as possible. Could you please give us a firm date?
