Smokeball Integration via 3CX API from Rec Cactus

I am looking to integrate Smokeball CRM with the 3CX via API provided by Red Cactus. I am looking for help in making sure it's done properly. Red Cactus offers both API and Plug-In connectivity with 3CX. I would like to use whichever is easiest to configure. My guess is that API configuration is the most straight forward. Has anyone done this before?

Ask RedCactus. They're a third-party.

Otherwise we could probably build this without using their tools, just in a template inside 3CX.

Red Cactus aside then... has anybody integrated with Smokeball? It's a CRM that one of our law firm Clients is going to be using and I'd really like to be able to move them to a 3CX system from their old PBX.

I'm not aware of anyone, but we do this type of development all the time. I've took a look at the docs and it seems to be perfectly doable in a template.

i think i will just use the CRM template generator. cheaper and pretty straight forward. Thanks for the replies

Just note that most of the time you will need to make manual modifications to the XML.
