I am not sure whether my understanding is correct, but I have one question.
Can we integrate our own CRM software with 3CX without developing an API from the 3CX side?
I am asking because, when we integrated Salesforce with 3CX, we only selected the existing Salesforce template and configured it. In the same way, is it possible to integrate our own CRM with 3CX using a template, or do we need to create a custom API/integration?
