Voicemail Breakout Message

Is there any way to get 3cx voicemail to play a message after the personal greeting is played telling you about press "*" breakout. Users keep forgetting to add it as part of the greeting.

Kindly note that it is not possible to play an additional prompt specifically after a user's personal voicemail greeting.

If you would like callers to be informed about this functionality, the recommendation is to include the instruction as part of the user's personal voicemail greeting.

Thanks for responding, That's a shame.

I'll have to write something to transcribe all wav greetings using c#, look for the breakout advice (probably enough to search for "star") then append the standard advice to the wav file. What a lot of hassle!
