    I’ve tried that more times than I can count. Even completely deleted the app, still to no avail. Tried with is android, iPhone, etc, all act the same way. App works offsite or on LTE, doesn’t work at all connected to local lan WiFi.

    Updated 3cx from 18 to 20. Now the App stopped working, just says "Connecting" If I turn the phones WIFI off and connect via LTE, the app connects and works. No other network changes were made other than upgrading the on premise server from 18 to 20.

    I do have early media enabled, so the receiver can see the video before they ever answer the call. That makes sense, I’ll turn that off and see if that solves my issue. I appreciate the response. I have another issue, related to this same topic. I’ll ask the question next.
