    V18, this is exacly what we need back in V20, it worked on the old 3cx app too, but seems not to on V20 App now.

    From what I have played with, a 2nd group would resolve this, but we are playing with Multi-Tenant at the moment, so this is going to get a little messy, each customer would have a primary and secondary group.

    Hey stick I'm sure this was not the way in v18, we have a few dummy extensions for forwarding etc, and could hide a user and it would not show in the Team.

    Following on from this, the "Hide from Contacts" used to hide them form the presence screen, this no longer works either. We have a few dummy extension for a multi-tenant customer, and we cannot hide them from the users view, they don't need to see these!
