    I'm having trouble with provisioning one of my user's new android phone. When scanning the QR code it says "Failed to provision." I verified with another android phone I was able to provision my extension again so I think provisioning is working. What can I look at to troubleshoot this? Thanks

    Yes the user does have a laptop. Most all of our users do. Should have I have him disable the wifi while on the wire to see if that helps? I don't think we've changed any of the anti-hacking seting
