    I was able to get the phone working by flashing the T54W recovery files to the original firmware. Then updated using the supported 3CX firmware and it's working now. Can't provision still with my residential IP but hasn't been 24 hours yet. Thanks for the support. Could close thread.

    I've tried doing a factory reset a few times with my residential IP address which seems banned now. Assuming this is from overprovisioning. Then I tried my hotspot with a new IP address and was able to provision it again. However I can't downgrade the Yealink firmware from 96.86.25.3 to 3CX...
