Even the one I shown has no fix - it was reported by my colleagues during testing as "3CX client does not show the Merge Calls button on iPhone iOS 26" with screenshot attached. The video I provide is made on an iPadOS26 which, by allowing resizing, demonstrates it's an Apple layout resizing...
App does not have control over CarPlay call button, so it could be an Apple layout resizing case like the one of the CallKit missing "Merge Calls" button, watch carefully the attached video:
It would be very useful if you describe what "deregister" means visually in iOS client:
- 1. account disappear from menu Accounts.
- 2. account become unchecked in menu Accounts.
- 3. account is present and checked in menu Accounts, but on keypad appear on top-right as gray and "Ready for calls"...
Statuses are per extension, not per client, so it could be another 3CX client (ios, android, softphone or webclient) connected on the same extension changing the status. iOS client changes the status only manually.

You can try a device power-off/power-on (it's said to be recommended after an iOS update), see if it helps.
Shut it down from device Settings/General bottom page.

Following test is very useful regardless the iOS device/model/version:
- start the ***device*** camera (Camera app) and scan the QR code and see if you can download the profile in Safari.
Until the link won't download in Safari there's no chance the client will work either.
- or, similar, try to...
So far we were not able to reproduce the issue - all regular calls, including missed, are properly shown in both 3CX and native Phone apps. Anyway, we'll add this to our list for further checkings.
I think I found something: can you check on your iPhone Settings/Apps/Phone if Unknown Callers (bottom of the list) is set to ON? This seems to be the only way so far in our tests to don't see the missed call, as you described.
So the calls appears in 3CX app but no longer appear in native Phone app? Then open 3CX client menu/Settings and there turn ON the "Integrate with device recents" option.
Wait, might be a confusion here, you said "once you open the app(1) it is not visible in the list. I have to open the 3CX app(2) and check my missed call."
What is app(1) and what is app(2)? Can you provide the two screenshots?
