    Hello, when i change the name of the user, the display name in the handset doesn't change. It keeps displaying the extension number. thanks.

  2. Target Agents thoug they are already on a call doesn't work

    Hi all, i'm running Version 20.0 Update 0 (Build 1620 Release I've set the check mark at the advanced options tab, check the user setting, but nothing happens when i receive a second call in the queue. I guess users should have a notification or see a blinking led on the Yealink T48S.
