    We have our supplier apply the latest 3cx firmware to the yealink phones prior to shipping. They charge about $2.5 per phone. Well worth it and we just add that into our shipping cost to the customer.

    Like Paulodagraca said, close 5060 on your firewall. Additionally update to the latest T40G Firmware on the phone will help.
