    That seems like a different problem? However, you can refresh the license from the admin panel. If you are on an old version (v20 u5) it will not be able to activate/update.

    :) Just for posterity that's the "reset button" approach. The clean shutdown (aside from the GUI) is to hold either volume button plus the side button for a couple seconds, then "slide to power off."
