    I have been using a Billion BIPAC modem for years to connect to a 3CX server and suddenly it does not connect with the existing settings. I cannot work out the incorrect settings received at the server as there is no Log of these events in the Free version. Any advice welcomed.

    Never mind. After a lot of investigation I discovered that the remote FTP server was not responding. It is now resolved.
