    I have tried to replace the ringtone.wav file with another of the same name and the phone does not ring. I have closed and opened 3CX a few time but to no avail. If I put the original ringtone.wav file back the ring comes back..... Is there something else I have to do to make this work?? Any...

    I can find the file. If I replace it does it need exactly the same name "ringtone.wav"??
