    Believe it or not FXS gateways are not supported in v15 as of yet, and you would have to know to read through this post to know that: http://www.3cx.com/blog/news/uc-features/ They are saying Sept/Oct timeframe for SP2 to bring the templates back!

    Same problem with phones in a different internal VLAN. Server is 10.80.8.x, phones are 10.60.20.x. We are using a mix of Yealink and Fanvix X5 models.

    I've created a paging dial code, but the paging option no longer shows up under the ring strategy menu when creating a ring group. Can anybody else confirm this issue in v15?

    For the non cloud version, you put the template in the following path: C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Http\Interface\provisioning\(your unique provisioning code)\CustomTemplates\phones Then you may need to restart all services, and the template will show up for you.

    On version 14, I get the attached error (PhoneSystemException:Unknown variable) when trying to assign the CP860 to an extension using the templates provided on this thread. With IIS as the webserver, any help appreciated.

    @Miko, it seems that the system allows you to change the directory for recordings, see screenshot, although I haven't tried to change it myself...
