  1. Cannot call in or out after integration

    I set up 2 extensions to test the 3cx Direct Routing and I get the attached errors in 3CX. I cannot see why this would be happening, Is it a problem that we are seeing the port 5061 on the requests? I'm pretty lost here as to what could be going on.
