    Ernesto, That makes sense. After clicking the authorize button while logged into the 3CX console under the FQDN rather than under IP address, it did authorize successfully. Thank you for your assistance.

    Ernesto, I sent multiple images that show that I am able to access the console both by FQDN and IP address. I setup Hubspot to use the same FQDN (no IP address) that I use to successfuly access 3CX.

    Hello Ernesto, Thank you for your reply. I am accessing the 3CX console by "https://mydomain.3cx.us:5001." It is HTTPS. I am also able to use IP address as long as I am on my network. I copied and pasted the Redirect URL from the console session to be sure I didn't type incorrectly.
