    IIRC I had to set everyone as a receptionist with the advent of v20 in order for them all to continue using call parking. Now not sure what to do to prevent this in the future.

    Fax ATA

    Did you ever get this resolved? I support a large law firm and faxing using an HT802 ATA always worked fine until something 3CX did with v20. I've tried working with 3CX Support but they don't officially support faxing.

    Ext 124 is registered to a Yealink T53. I haven't tried removing the phone, no. I have tried using the web client and the mobile client to make the call from Ext 115 but still get the same result.

    Okay I just checked the activity log for anything at the last couple of times that user tried to call the extension and there is nothing out of the ordinary.
