    Nic, I understand that, but there is not easy way to import outbound rules is there?. I have about 450 different caller ids so I would need 450 different outbound rules if I am understanding correctly. What does this page do. Can this not change the extension caller id on the fly or am I miss...

    That works for outbound number formatting when dialing the number, but i need caller id corrected so it can pass.

    How do you use caller id reformation correctly. Used the following support document, but must not be fully understanding it correctly yet. https://www.3cx.com/docs/cid-reformatting/ Currently we out put 10 digits, but one of my provider uses 11 digit plus + if i output 32132134321 it works...
