    My VoIP provider require registration. My provider allows me to connect from other IP-adresses (ISP). My IP by second line (ISP #2) is random, yes.

    I not tried still. Today will forward ports on the ISP#2 line. Maybe it will reconnect successfully via ISP#2. The problem would only be the dynamic IP. But I have cloud address of the new Microtic (I think, it will change quickly), so I can add it as "out of office" address in 3cx software...

    No. I also passed all tests today OK, but outer client not worked. Then I found document on 3cx site where additional communicated ports for mobile clients was stated. I forwarded them - and all become work. PS: I can read posts....

    Today I had the same issue. You need to forward not only ports for 3cx base system but also for 3cx mobile clients. These are different ones.
