    Hi Saqqara, a SIP phone not yet pass 3cx certification I have just checked your link, which not suits for us my question is, if my phone sent exactly the same packet as Yealink's model, why 3cx server can not take my Phone can be provisioned? not just show UNPROVISIONED.     Hi @YiannisH_3CX Yes, correct SIP box means a device with Sip function enabled, running Android system. Users located in China. the firewall checker already checked pass those tests all executed on SIP phones, not 3cx client App
