    I allready made reprovision, nothing happened. i tried to enter IP , nothing happened. i saw this item https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/fanvil-i30.112827 , made all the changes, nothing happened.

    i configured the key to call extension , choosing speed dial , on the 3cx extension choose speed dial on the first record, nothing happened. please help
