    I was able to solve the problem. It seem that Microsoft has rebuilded the wheel.... ;-) The command line to start the application that is downloaded from the Microsoft store is following explorer.exe shell:appsFolder\3CXDMCC.3CX_97f1hnz6y6tba!app
