    have the same issue after deleting a Patton Gateway/Trunk 3 of the extension are still hanging around. There is no way to delete these bad extensions. It does not appear to be affecting 3cx other causing bogus errors on the dashboard, and bad entries in system extensions.

  3. custom phone template

    Plug and play works as expected with the default templates. I have not restarted the management console. I can try later today after business hours. I did pull the config manually using the above link that is how I validated the templates were not being created to the custom template.
