  1. Contacts not showing when blind transferring or attended transfer

    Can see the contacts when not on a call but if on a call and trying to transfer a call the contacts aren't showing. Tested through the web client also and the same issue is there I have compared the users settings to another user who's transferring works but I must be missing something obvious...
