    Hmm... I am just a user, the only 3cx tools I have at my disposal are the web client, and a desk phone over an hour away at the office, that may have been re-provisioned to someone else at this point.

    Excuse my ignorance, but I don't know how it's set up, what exactly do you mean? I do not see a "mobile field" or "ring my mobile simultaneously" in the 3cx app.

    How do I get an incoming 3CX call on my Android app to show me that it is coming from my 3CX extension? Right now it seems it is just forwarding the call to my personal number. thank you
