    Thank you John, Is that also the case in a self-hosted scenario? I imagine the scheduled archiving is implemented as a kind of cron job that runs an archiving command. Is there really no way to run that command at my discretion?

    When enabling remote archiving of call recordings, the Archive Schedule Policy's highest available frequency is daily. Is there any way to set the frequency to hourly, or really any arbitrary frequency? Thanks in advance, Bruno
