    Hi John, I did take a look at the supported models list and found that the contact will only download if the first & last name was entered. The list I uploaded contained entries without these entered. The GRP2612P i'm using did then show the contacts.

    Hi, Just starting using the 3CX platform, moving away from the Grandstream UCM. Is there a guide/config for the GRP26xx range phone to download the contacts. I have tried it with a Yealink T40G, and this works straight out of the box.
