    Thanks TheodorosG_3CX for your reply. I have tried 2 MAC addresses that the client tells me they have been removed and no luck. I keep seeing the message below. This is one of the reasons we would like to move away and have greater control over our hardware which we own. Thanks TobyLaw

    I have a number of phones which were connected to our current provider and they have told me they have removed them from their listing and we should be able to use then but when I try to register them on 3cx it tells me "MAC has been added to other enterprise" Thanks in advance TobyLaw (Australia)
