    Thanks. That was also something we tried which resolved the issue, which is leading me to think the issue may be with signalling at the carriers end. Strange the issue only started after the update to update 3.

    One of my clients has updated to update 3 and since then any incoming call that is placed on hold, then retrieved, is disconnected. We can replicate this almost every time. Is anyone else seeing the same issue, and if so is there a resolve for it? Thanks Mitchell
