    hello team, I have received an NX96 from a client who is running 3CX v18 U6. The issue is that I need to SSH into the NX96 to remove the current 3CX installation, reinstall it with a new FQDN and license, and then upgrade it to v20. However, SSH access is not available. I have two questions...
