Solved! It turns out the issue was in Twilio but it wasn't outputting anything in the error logs for some reason. The 3CX automatic trunk setup for Twilio hadn't actually routed the numbers into the SIP Trunk for some reason which I've now fixed. Calling in and out works fine. Thanks for the help
I'm certain there are no errors occurring on the Twilio side. Where can I find the rules for incoming calls in the admin console? I only have a tab for Outbound Rules.
I get the same error message when the trunk is set to a default destination.
I've attempted to route the calls to an extension, queue, ring group & digital receptionist and get the same message every time. I've checked the calls logs from my provider and it's showing that all of the calls are going through successfully so I'm quite certain that the issue is with 3CX...
I'm attempting to set up a SIP trunk for my business' phone system using Twilio. All of the internal routing is fine and I'm able to call out using the DID numbers but whenever I try to call into the system, I just get a voice message saying "We're sorry, an application error has occurred...
