  1. Ring Group Round Robin OR Queue Less than 15 seconds

    Good morning, I'm curious if there's a way to have a round robin type experience while having a ring group. OR If there's a way to have the queue Maximum queue wait time (seconds) less than 15 seconds. We want a queue, but don't want the user to wait for 15 seconds if all the agents are busy...
