    Hi, I have a grandstream gxp1610 that got stuck on startup with the error “Firmware update - initializing”, I tried several times to restart it but nothing … I realized that I should send a new firmware to the device and downloaded it online , but there is no way I can find the device connected...

    Solved GrandStream 1610, freeze the system at startup.

    All extensions configured on the PBX using the 10.0.4.125 firmware are freezing at startup. To solve it, you have to reboot the device a few times a day and another does not work even if you restart.
