    Hi, 18.0 (Build 939), Microsoft Azure, Local SBC I have 2 service providers, Comcast (Main) and RCN (failover).   2. IOS smartphone is not in ready to plave call status.

    Dear All, I have setup my 3CX cloud system and create extensions. I have noticed the status is green is green with a message connection in progress..... taping on the button to place the call does not do anything Any clues? Thks
