  1. Owners Extensions Not Visible in Admin

    Hello All, There are currently 2 extensions that are not showing in the Admin-User and want to note that they are listed as the owners. We are able to see these 2 extensions on the app and team end of the web client. Is there a way to add or a reason they are not showing? thanks!

    I can't seem to get the play options for recordings in the recording section of the Admin Portal. Has that feature been remove or something? It used to be like this Now it is like this

  4. Solved Webclient admin portal disconnected and keep reconnecting

    Hi, I am new to 3CX, have create a new account yestersday. After I got the url of admin portal, I tried to login. I input username and password, then it is holding at a blank page of 3CX, keep reconnecting. Could anyone tell me how to fix it please?
