automaticly call

  1. Solved Hotel/Door Phone

    I am adding a hotel/door phone to a waiting room [Fanvil H2U]. I would like the phone to dial a specific extension when the handset is picked up. Is this a phone feature or a 3CX feature/setting and where would I create this setting?

    Hi, In v16 (16.0.9) it is possible to make a call with the windows client with this commando C:\ProgramData\3CXPhone for Windows\PhoneApp>3CXClickToCall.exe <PhoneNumber> But in V18(18.0.1880) this doesn't work anymore. I've also tried to make a call with the 3CXDesktopApp with this commando...
