  1. Copy Call Handling Features as new

    Pretty self explanatory. I have a customer that uses a lot of of variations of the same call queue, they'd like to copy the baseline one, including the agents and previous ring strategy including hierarchy and then iterate on them. We're finding it cumbersome to copy these call queues by hand...

    Implemented BLF Keys Copy from one ext to another

    Looking for the ability to COPY BLF keys from one extension to another especially when the keys are already setup. I know you can select multiple extensions and edit them all at once but I haven't seen a way to select them and have current BLF keys copied to the extensions with blank keys...

  5. View Queues and Ring Groups an extension is added to

    Would be nice to see all the ring groups/queues an extension is added to when editing an extension (additional tab ?) would make it easier when setting up a new extension with the same settings as a current one. Of course copying an extension would be 1st prize.
