dial tone

  1. Is it possible to modify outbound dial tone?

    Hello, based on a recent request we got, I am wondering if its possible to change the outbound dial tone? As in, the dial tone it plays, when the 3CX App (V20 windows app / webclient) is calling a number. From what I've researched this cannot be modified. Has anyone done this before? Regards

  2. MakeCall configure music on hold

    Hello there, is there a way to modify the music that is played after a user has accepted an make call or is it even possible to play an "dial tone" while the user waits for the called party to answer. thank you for your ideas. - Kevin
