Unsupported Yealink T46U - can not provision DialNow rules

I cant deploy dialnow rules through custom template - I tried below with no luck Any idea how to achieve that? I need setup this manually on at this moment - which is quite annoying .. :(

Yealink T54s DialNow

I was reading through a bunch of posts and searching online. Has anyone ever gotten Dial Now rules to work on a T54s or other models? Basically from what I've read online, it seems that the option to set the Dial Now download URL ( dialplan_dialnow.url ) is set by the common phone config file...
