    Hi, We have a client with a bunch of legacy Polycom VVX phones (310 and 311) and some newer and supported VVX450 phones. They have just been moved from a Skype For Business to 3cx, and are not used to press "Dial" to initiate the call. This looks to be a polycom/template issue. Found this...
