  2. Emergency page best practice

    We have a Ring Group set to send a page in case of an emergency, created in 2018. It works fine, but we have fewer people with desk phones now. Is it possible to send this to the desktop app instead of an IP phone? Or is there a better way instead of paging? Thanks.
